A. The icons are larger if the toolbar is moved to the top or bottom of the screen
Q. Why don't any of the toolbar icons respond ?
A. If the mouse has changed into a cross shape, you are in Move Toolbar mode. Click the right mouse-button on the toolbar to leave the toolbar where it is, or the left mouse-button to drop the toolbar near a different side of the screen.
Q. Why does the Tutorial panel keep re-appearing ?
A. You need to switch the Tutorial feature off - Select User Set Up and un-check the Show Tutorial option
Q. Why is there no Invoice icon on my toolbar ?
A. Your login has a low security level
Q. Why does the Invoice panel appear empty when I invoice for mooring ?
A. Mooring fees will only be calculated if the Contract on the Client Info panel is selected before clicking the invoice icon
There must also be some un-invoiced fees - the Charge Date indicates the start of a period of un-invoiced fees;
Q. Why are no contracts showing for a long-term client ?
A. Perhaps they have been archived. Click on the History Icon on the Client Info panel
Q. How can I delete a contract set up in error ?
A. Deleting a contract moves it the history file. You can delete it from the history file by displaying the historic contract , then deleting it again
Q. Why doesn't the Operations panel display my selected boat ?
A. Boat Arrival will ignore boats that are already in. Internal Movements and Boat Departure will ignore boats that are not in
Internal Movements will also ignore boats without a current contract. In this case give the client a new contract before moving the boat
Q. Why doesn't the boat show in the berth after a move ?
A. Make sure that the graphics window is set to show Occupied Berths. Operations may change the settings to show berths that are unassigned to Berth-holders, rather than berths that are unoccupied
